1. Sulfuric acid decomposition of bauxite method: Bauxite is crushed to 60 mesh, and reacted with 55%~60% sulfuric acid in the reactor under pressure for 6~8h, the crude reaction liquid is separated by sedimentation and concentrated by evaporation, the clarified liquid is neutralized to neutral or slightly alkaline by adding acid, and then made into flakes by cooling or solidified by cooling, crushed and screened to produce aluminum sulfate products.
2. Sulfuric acid decomposition of aluminum hydroxide method: aluminum hydroxide reacts with sulfuric acid, the reaction liquid is settled, concentrated, then cooled and solidified, crushed and sieved to produce finished aluminum sulfate products.
3. Kaolin method: kaolin (or clay) calcined by 700N800 ℃, crushed, with excess sulfuric acid decomposition, and then 1 method to aluminum sulfate finished products.
There is also a method is alum method, alum calcined, crushed with sulfuric acid dissolved, filtered insoluble material to get aluminum sulfate and potassium alum mixed solution, rapid cooling and crystallization to remove potassium alum, the mother liquor by evaporation and concentration, cooling and curing that is aluminum sulfate finished products.
